ATTENTION: Female Small Business Owners

FOR ESTABLISHED WOMEN IN BUSINES

Financially Savvy Collective™

Become the woman who knows her numbers and leads with confidence.

A six-month membership combining practical financial coaching, personalised support, ongoing CFO guidance and a community of women committed to building financially stronger businesses.

Financial clarity. Better decisions. A stronger business.

You know your business.

It is time to feel just as confident about your numbers.

You know your clients, your industry and the work you deliver.

You have built relationships, created opportunities and kept the business moving often while wearing every hat imaginable.

But the financial side of the business may still leave you wondering:

  • Am I making enough profit?

  • Why does cash still feel unpredictable?

  • Can I afford to pay myself more?

Which numbers should I be watching?

  • Is the business ready to hire, invest or grow?

  • Am I making the right financial decisions?

You do not need to become an accountant.

You need to understand the financial story of your business well enough to lead it confidently.

Does this sound familiar?

You receive reports but still feel unsure

Your accountant or bookkeeper sends the numbers, but you are not always certain what they mean or what you should do next.

Revenue is growing, but clarity is not

Money is coming into the business, yet profit, cash flow and paying yourself still feel harder than they should.

Decisions feel bigger now

Hiring, pricing, investing and growth carry more risk and relying on instinct alone no longer feels comfortable.

You are not bad with money.

You simply may not have been shown how to use your numbers as a business owner.

Imagine leading your business with financial confidence.

Imagine opening your financial reports and understanding the story they are telling you.

Imagine knowing whether your business is genuinely profitable, not simply busy.

Imagine understanding where your cash is going and planning ahead before pressure builds.

Imagine making decisions about pricing, hiring, investment and growth with facts behind you.

Imagine knowing what you can afford to pay yourself.

Imagine talking about your business finances without feeling embarrassed, overwhelmed or out of your depth.

That is what becoming Financially Savvy looks like.

Financial confidence does not come from knowing everything.

It comes from knowing what to look at, what questions to ask and what action to take next.

The Collective is for you when…

  • You have an established business and want greater financial clarity.

  • You are generating revenue but are not always sure where the money goes.

  • You want to improve profit and cash flow.

  • You receive reports but do not know which numbers need attention.

  • You want to pay yourself more consistently.

  • You are making bigger business decisions.

  • You want regular financial accountability.

  • You want access to CFO guidance without engaging a full-time CFO.

  • You are ready to stop avoiding your numbers.

  • You want to learn alongside other established women in business.

You do not need perfectly organised finances before joining.

You simply need to be ready to look at your numbers, ask questions and take action.

What changes inside the Collective?

Before

● Avoiding your financial reports

● Relying on your bank balance

● Wondering where the money went

● Setting goals but losing focus

● Second-guessing financial decisions

● Waiting for your accountant to explain the past

● Feeling like you should already know this

After

● Reviewing your numbers regularly

● Understanding profit and cash flow

● Knowing which numbers need attention

● Setting goals and staying accountable

● Making decisions with greater confidence

● Using your numbers to plan ahead

● Feeling capable and financially informed

You will not know every answer.

No business owner does.

But you will know the right questions to ask and you will have support when you need it.

This is not another course to complete.

The Collective is not about watching hours of content or adding another unfinished program to your list. It is built around:

  • implementation

  • practical guidance

  • honest conversations

  • accountability

  • decision-making

  • consistent financial habits

It helps you stay connected to your numbers before:

  • cash becomes tight

  • tax is due

  • profit falls

  • an unexpected cost arrives

  • a major decision needs to be made

  • your accountant raises a concern

Financially savvy business owners do not wait for a crisis before paying attention.

They build a regular rhythm of reviewing, planning and acting.

Why a six-month commitment?

Financial confidence is not built in a single workshop or one coaching call.

It grows through consistent action.

A six-month membership gives you time to:

understand your starting position

establish a regular financial routine

recognise patterns within your business

implement practical changes

review the impact of your decisions

strengthen your financial habits

stay accountable to your goals

build confidence through repetition

This is not a quick fix.

It is an opportunity to create lasting change in the way you understand, manage and lead your business.

The four pillars of becoming financially savvy

Clarity

Understand where your business stands and what your numbers are telling you.

Confidence

Build your ability to discuss and use financial information when making decisions.

Consistency

Create a regular financial rhythm rather than checking your numbers only when something goes wrong.

Community

Learn alongside established women committed to building financially stronger businesses.

Meet

Deborah Power,

Chartered Accountant, Fractional CFO and Founder of Financially Savvy Women

For more than 20 years, I have helped business owners understand their numbers, improve their profitability and make stronger financial decisions.

Throughout my career, I have met so many intelligent, successful and highly capable women who quietly believe they are simply not good with money.

They know their business.

They care deeply about their clients.

They work incredibly hard.

But they do not always feel confident talking about profit, cash flow, financial reports or the decisions behind the numbers.

I created Financially Savvy Women because I want to change that story.

You do not need complicated jargon or another report that leaves you with more questions than answers.

You need practical tools, honest conversations and someone who can help you understand what your numbers mean for your business.

You are capable of understanding your numbers.

And when you do, you will lead your business differently.

Because financial clarity leads to better decisions and better decisions build better businesses.

TESTIMONIALS

What women say about working with Deborah

"Before these sessions with Deborah, I was constantly short on cash and stressing over every bill. Within a few weeks, I had a plan in place. Now, I pay myself a steady salary and have a 3-month cash buffer. It’s changed everything!"

Frequently Asked Questions:

Do I need to understand accounting before joining?

No.

The Collective is designed for business owners, not accountants. Financial concepts are explained in practical, straightforward language so you can understand how they apply to your business.

Is the Collective suitable for a new business?

The Collective is best suited to established business owners who are already generating revenue and have real financial activity and decisions to work with.

Women who are earlier in their business journey may be better suited to Financially Savvy Foundations.

What is the difference between Foundations and the Collective?

Financially Savvy Foundations is a structured learning program that teaches the essential financial foundations every business owner needs.

The Financially Savvy Women Collective provides ongoing coaching, personalised support, quarterly planning, CFO Q&A access, resources and community.

Foundations helps you learn the numbers.

The Collective helps you use them to lead and grow your business.

What happens during the one-to-one success session?

The private success session gives you the opportunity to discuss your business, clarify your financial goals and identify your priorities for the six months ahead.

Why is there a six-month commitment?

Financial confidence takes time to build.

Six months gives you the opportunity to create consistent financial habits, implement changes, review your results and receive support as your business evolves.

What happens after the first six months?

After completing your initial six-month commitment, you may be invited to continue your membership on an ongoing monthly basis.

How does the ongoing CFO Q&A access work?

Members can ask CFO-related questions inside the private community.

The Q&A access is designed for guidance, clarification and practical questions arising between scheduled sessions.

Detailed individual financial analysis, tax advice or one-to-one CFO consulting may require a separate engagement.

What happens when I cannot attend live?

All group coaching calls, goal-setting sessions and guest expert sessions will be recorded and added to the member area.

Will I need to share my financial information with the group?

No.

You will never be required to share sensitive financial figures with the group. The community will operate with clear expectations around confidentiality, respect and discretion.

Is this financial or tax advice?

The Collective provides financial education, coaching and general business guidance.

It does not replace individual tax, legal, investment or financial advice from professionals who understand your specific circumstances.

Your business has grown.

Now it is time for your financial confidence to grow with it.

Know what is working.

Recognise what needs to change.

Understand where your money is going.

Set financial goals and remain accountable.

Make decisions with greater confidence.

Build a business that is not only successful from the outside, but financially strong behind the scenes.

Become the woman who knows her numbers and leads with confidence.
