I’ve been a Chartered Accountant, CFO and Entrepreneur for over 20 years and I am passionate about creating CASH FLOW RICH businesses that allow women to be financially free!
I live in Sydney, Australia with my husband, son, and adorable golden retriever, perpetually trying to stick to being a reformed workaholic whilst living our best life.

It's my mission to ensure my clients have financial choice in their business and life.
We know that when women have wealth, it gets shared, communities grow, families prosper, and the world becomes a better place.
Deborah is a Chartered Accountant, CFO (Chief Financial Officer), and serial entrepreneur, having had businesses from startup to succession all built to 6 figures in the accounting profession, and children's education sector, and now in the consulting, coaching, education, and training profession.
Along with running her own successful financial consulting business, Deborah owns and manages a successful promotional business.
She has worked for multinational organizations, including Louis Vuitton and the Manpower Group, and consulted to many SMEs as the CFO, managing finance functions and creating highly profitable businesses.
Her years of business expertise have focused on helping businesses and women in business to obtain freedom and financial independence by empowering them to understand their finances, become the CFO of their business, and to create significant profit in their business.
Deborah has now developed The Financial Savvy Academy™. Her unique methodology of doing this is a step-by-step process that provides a clear roadmap for women to follow and make the desired future a reality.
Deborah lives in Sydney near the beach with her family, and from here she helps women in business create the business of their dreams.
